CASA IGUANA is lushly shaded with mature coconut palms, tropical trees and plants. This beautiful shaded canopy keeps the property cool and refreshing. The blue water is just steps away and the constant sea trade winds and tropical breezes provide a refreshing escape from the Caribbean hot sun. The wide white sand beach in front of CASA IGUANA leads to endless walking along the shore. Many rooms have outstanding and dramatic direct ocean views!
CASA IGUANA also features FREE WI-FI, free coffee in reception every morning, outdoor garden areas with hammocks and chairs, as well as many beach-front lounge chairs.

CASA IGUANA is a private retreat centrally located on the main beach on Isla Holbox, just a short walking distance to many shops and restaurants near the park.
Rooms
All rooms at CASA IGUANA have AC, high speed tropical ceiling fans, private bathrooms, hot water, and a beautiful rustic feel.
Room #1: First floor suite where wooden French double doors open onto the white powder sand and you can walk right down to the sea! Queen size bed, small sand patio out front and beachfront hammock between the palms! Facing the ocean!
Room #2: Our BEST Unit! This upstairs Suite is DIRECTLY on the beach with a wrap around balcony and two sets of double wooden French doors opening to the commanding ocean/beach view and Caribbean breezes. Very Private. Watch the ocean right from bed as you sip Champagne, or relax on the outdoor palapa-shaded wrap-around balcony. This suite features a large queen size bed. Listen to the waves all night and enjoy the cool ocean breezes, or watch the magnificent sunsets.
Room #3:Thischarming second-floor end unit with one double bed, shares the ocean-view patio with # 5 4.A very economic room just seconds from the BEST Beach in Holbox!
Room #4: This second-floor unit has double French doors opening onto a shared patio with rooms 3 & 5. Very cute, has one matrimonial (double bed) and a huge rustic wooden Mexican wardrobe closet. VERY ECONOMICAL Beachfront Luxury!
Room #5: This suite is up a short flight of stairs and has a shared outdoor patio (with #3 & 5) with commanding views of the sea. This spacious suite features a larger living area with a couch and small rustic table and chair set with one matrimonial (double) bed, and a larger bathroom.
Room #6: This is a very spacious first-floor room with red tile flooring, rustic furnishings, and TWO DOUBLE (matrimonial) BEDS. Tastefully decorated, this room is in a tropical garden area just steps to the beach.
Room #7 & 8: are very private rooms, perfect for a single person or couple and features one matrimonial (double) bed. There is a small palapa area in a garden with a table and chairs for relaxation. Again, just steps to the beach through a tropical garden of mature coconut palms.
Room #9: This is a room with rustic Caribbean charm up in the palms with double wooden French doors out to a small private balcony. This Superior unit is Upstairs from #6 Double and is VERY PRIVATE. This is a very spacious second-floor room with red tile flooring, rustic furnishings, and TWO DOUBLE (matrimonial) BEDS
