The Maya House of Jose Lima in Holbox, follows a long tradition of hospitality developed by the Lima family in Isla Mujeres, it is a boutique hotel with 5 bedrooms each with prívate bath and air conditioned, each room has cable t.v.
They open to hammock and beach chair patios , with coconut gardens, and very familiar atmosphere.
In the “Salon Diego Rivera – Frida” dining, reading and T.V. room you will meet traveler from all over the world and will enjoy ample library of books about maya archeology, mexican history, Mexican painters.
There is a small kitchen, with all cooking utensils and fridge so you can cook light meals, eat them in the patios, and even prepare the fish you bring from your fishing trip.
The maya house is inside the town, within walking distance to the main square and all restaurants and bars
